Refreshing a home in Paris

This traditional Parisian family home needed to be revamped in order to be put on the market for sale. The kitchen, bathrooms and main rooms were redecorated, giving it a more contemporary feel. A more spacious feeling was given to it by taking down the walls of both front reception rooms and turn them into one large big front room. In the kitchen, the tiles, walls and kitchen cabinets were simply painted, and the worktop changed to a solid wood one.

The house which had been on the market for a year, sold in 2 months after that!
